Refund, Auto-Renewal & 1-Click Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Tiers, Billing & Automatic Renewal
LiveByLunch offers three subscription plans per business site: Basic ($15/month or $153/year), Advanced ($30/month or $306/year), and Pro Full-System Suite ($50/month or $510/year). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
2. 1-Click Cancellation & Plan Changes Anytime
You may cancel your subscription or switch plans at any time in one click from Your Sites (/dashboard) or via the Billing Portal API (POST /api/billing/portal), with no phone calls or barriers required. When you cancel, no further recurring charges are billed.
3. Refund Policy & 30-Day Data Retention
If you are unsatisfied with your LiveByLunch subscription within the first 14 days of your initial charge, contact support@livebylunch.com for a full refund. Cancelled sites retain their data and configuration for 30 days so you can reactivate anytime, or you can permanently delete old sites from Your Sites.
4. Privacy, Card Tokenization & Merchant Stripe Connect
LiveByLunch never stores raw primary account numbers (PAN) in its database; card credentials are tokenized via Stripe / LiveByLunch Card Vault. When a business owner connects their Stripe account via Stripe Connect for online storefront or POS sales, customer payments process directly on the merchant's behalf.
